Raffle tickets will be on sale for one year at $20 each.
There will be no more than 1500 raffle tickets sold.

 A special event will be held on September 11th, 2010, during which time the winning raffle ticket will be randomly drawn from all tickets sold.

Official Rules

No portion of raffle donation is tax-deductable.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late or non-delivered mail.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on the evening of
September 11, 2010. Ticket holders need not be present to win.

Prize must be redeemed by August 31, 2011 and is non-transferable.

Vacation Raffle open only to those who are 21 years of age or older and are residents of the United States. Employees and Board Members of Boyertown Area Multi-Service, Inc. and their **immediate families are not eligible.

Winner will be notified in person, by phone, and/or by mail.

Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

*All federal, state, and/or local income taxes, required to be paid, are the sole responsibility of winner. A 1099 form will be issued to the official winner. Please consult a tax advisor with any questions in this regard.

This Vacation Raffle is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law.

Entry and acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph or other likeness for the purpose of promotion on behalf of Boyertown Area Multi-Service, Inc., unless prohibited by law.
